Ugh that was the most ridiculous ending ever, Yeah i know its preseason and everything BUT Still play for the win, its a morale booster that just killed its like yes tie the game and win it in OT BUT no lets just go for it ALL DAMNIT THATS NOT HOW YOU WIN GAMES.

I thought O'Sullivan wasn't too bad on the last play of the game, but yeah, he's not gonna last too long through the preseason.

And is anyone else here in favor of Tarvaris Jackson being Brad Johnson's backup instead of Mike McMahon? Outside of the little slip on Jackson's part when he got a free play (Raiders were offside), I liked what I saw out of him tonight. This is the guy they're focusing on...our QB of the future. He'll be a good one.

Also, does anybody here wish they would have kicked the field goal to tie it 16-16 and send it to OT? Much as I would have liked to see a Vikings win, this is the preseason. I liked how they went for it at the end. If it was regular season, where the games mean more, I would have rather they kick the field goal.

I am impressed with the noticeable decrease in penalties. Vikings were only penalized ONCE in the first half. Good to see the guys more disciplined out there.

Hopefully we can fare better against the Super Bowl champs on Saturday. Go Purple!!!

I have 2 words for Tarvaris Jackson...

MICHAEL VICK!!!

This guy's almost there. Smart guy, knows how to run a 2 minute drill.
He is about the same size, Same helmet (if you notice that thing) Similar mobility. The only problem is he doesn't slide when he needs to. but it's nice to know that we are replacing a mobile QB with a Mobile QB

Also, you gotta give Longwell a chance to make up for his mistake on the 55 yarder, but I can see where Childress is going with just packing it in and avoiding injury.

Hopefully Longwell can be understanding and forgiving in that situation. I can understand he should get a chance, but why risk possible injuries though in preseason OT? We could have come out winners on that last play...but it didn't work. Oh well, no biggy. Gotta feel bad for those people who were betting on tonight's game. LOL Why would anyone bet on a preseason game?

I'd like to see Chris Kluwe get back to the form he was in prior to his injury last year. Man, he was awesome with those punts!!!
