Soriano, MacDougall to Sox?

ESPN reports tha the White Sox are close to trading for Mike Mac Dougall (from the KC Royals) for 2 pitching prospects..

also ESPN reports the White Sox are EXTREMELY CLOSE to trading Alfonso Soriano.. Potentialy for Brandon McCarthy.

Never thought much of MacDougal, hopefully he'll blow a few games for the Sox now.

that trade doesn't really sound like a big deal.. I have a feeling the soriano trade isn't gonna happen.

I have a feeling that with so many teams in the play-off hunt (expecially in the NL) that this years trade deadline is gonna be a pretty dead one. Atleast I hope so.

I think the deadline will be active because there are a number of teams in the hunt. Teams tend to make a move or 2 to get the exact team they want.

But that only leaves a few teams as sellers, and they arn't gonna end up selling everything they have for prospects.
