Well its 5 AM and i have made it home from my trip, so i figured i would give you guys a little log for me to brag, and you can see what an awesome time i had.

Friday 8/4: We departed at 4:00AM to catch our flight out to phoenix. We arrived in Phoenix around 9 local time. So we had a long time before the game, so first we went and Toured the Chicago Cubs Spring Training Facility and while we were there i noticed a baseball lying on the field on the opposite side of the fence, so i jumped it got the ball and on the way back, ripped my Johan Santana T shirt and my shorts! We then went back to our hotel and swam for a while.

Chase Field(Ballpark #9 of 30) Houston Astros VS Arizona Diamondbacks

Saturday: We headed out for San Diego and arrived around noon and figured we'd hit the beach up for a few hours before the padres game, HA, the beaches were absolutly packed, no parking for blocks so instead we just went downtown and had lunch at a seafood restaurant close to the park, GREAT FOOD.

Petco Park(Ballpark #10 of 30) Washington Nationals VS San Diego Padres

After the game we drove to our hotel in Anaheim

Sunday: We wake up to police outside of our hotel plus our hotel was really crappy so we decided we would change hotels. After that we went to the Angels game

Angel Stadium in Anaheim(Ballpark #11 of 30) Texas Rangers VS Los Angeles Angels

After the game we went to the ESPNzone in Downtown Disney, there i saw the most ridiculous speed limit sign ever. 14 MPH 14! what kind of speed limit is that, it gets even crazier, at a weigh station they had speed limits of 3MPH for a full truck and 6 mph for a unloaded truck, utterly confusing. Anyway, i was sitting with my dad at the bar sipping on a coke while my dad had a margarita just you know minding my own business watching sports center to see Twins highlights and the bartender comes to me and is like, "dude, you gotta be 21 to sit in the bar, how old are you?", it made me so happy, I look so young and no one gives me credit for 18 but this guy thought i was 21! But it was such BS i mean here i am a paying customer and your kicking me out of the bar, im with my dad for christsake so i pulled my chair back from the bar and sat and watched the twins highlights.

Monday:

Six flags magic mountain, probably the greatest amuesment park in the country, i would go indepth into all the sweet rides but im getting sick of typing so ill just say, it was great.

Tuesday:

Went to the beach in the AM and got totally Abused, we rented a boogy board to cruise the waves on, well the waves were just massive, so me being the Minnesota boy that i am, i have no clue how to properly use a boodgy board and other beach related things(Sunscreen!) So i get ontop this massive wave and i am riding it next thing i know, there is no more wave underneath me and i come crashing down hard, i splash through the water all the way down to the bottom of the ocean and nail my chin shoulder and chest on the bottom of the ocean, when i emerge from the water i have a foot long gash from my shoulder down to around my nipple(such a funny word, nipple) bleeding and painful anyway, so after 5 hours at the beach we head back to the hotel, and i am just absolutly Lobsterized so now we have to get ready to go to the dodger game and i am just absolutly irritable and cranky, cause i get that way when i am in utter discomfort, i was cranky and irritable for the last 2 days of the trip i still am right now.

Dodger Stadium(Ballpark #12 of 30) Colorado Rockies VS LA Dodgers

Wednesday

Drove back to Arizona and watched the twins game at the Sky Harbor in phoenix and flew home and here i am now.

Such a great trip, and i am almost half way done with my lifetime goal of watching a game in every major league ballpark.

Now i have an agonizing 3 weeks to wait for the huge twins yankees series

I suggest everyone take a trip like this it is such a fantastic experience.

You may now commence your insults or whatever relating to you being jealous of me getting to go on this trip.

Chase was pretty good, i mean, it was pretty much like the metrodome without the roof open, i wanted to go down and go swimming in the pool so bad.

I really liked Petco the best, excpet the people there were F'ing idiots and couldn't park it in a chair for more than an inning.

Cool , thanks for the post...sounds like you are havin' a BLAST !!!!

I was at Magic Mountain a few weeks back...must have hit 12 coasters...more than half had no lines...it was NUTS....Hit Tatsu first because we knew that would be the longest line...figured We'd get it out of the way.

I was originally supposed to be out of town (NYC) for the Labor Day weekend....but I might just be home that weekend....if so Naturally I will hit one of those Yankees/Twins games myself...

Keep us posted !!!

Nope, im pissed though, my Grandpa knows people who do business with Walt Jockety(Cards GM) so they hooked him up with some sweet tix down by the dugout.

Then a few weeks ago my friends went down to sT Louis for Oz fest and caught a Cardinals game.

ITS NOT FAIR!
